Responsible to organize, plan and implement strategies of the Housekeeping Department to meet the expected goals and objectives.
Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing all staff and evaluate their performance regularly. Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all bedrooms, public areas and offices. To monitor, check and maintain high level of cleanliness and presentation in both back of-house, public areas and hotel rooms withing the all areas of the hotel on a daily basis.
Performs administrative and operational support such as reporting requirements, annual business plan, attends operational meetings, participate on the development of the annual business plan, reports maintenance request for corrective action, perform other special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Management and or Hotel General Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of hotel customer's background information. Adherence to the Company Standard Operating Procedures. Must be able to carry, pull, push and lift 50lbs of operational supplies without assistance. Must be able to and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
